Junior AI & Operations Coordinator (Prompt Engineer)

Role Overview

Builders Tech NM and Piru Group are seeking a highly motivated, tech-savvy Junior AI & Operations Coordinator to act as the digital engine for our executive team. You do not need to be a traditional programmer. We require a “digitally native” thinker who learns software rapidly and can utilize AI tools to scale our efficiency across our real estate, modular construction, and non-profit divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operator of Gemini and ChatGPT. Convert raw data, meeting notes, and verbal directives into structured proposals and executive communications.
• Generate AI video and image assets for marketing and proposal enhancements. Experience with AI Studio and designing experiences within Gemini is highly preferred.
• Manage our Google Workspace (Commercial Version) environment across all domains, emails, and shared drives to ensure pristine digital organization.
• Manage daily operations within Monday.com. Build automations, document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure team task compliance.
• Act as the first line of defense for digital troubleshooting and aggressively research new software that provides a competitive advantage.
