About the Role

Piru Group is a vertically integrated real estate development firm. We are seeking a heavy-hitting financial executive to lead our capital markets division, manage our capital stack, and secure the debt needed to fuel our multifamily, infill, and modular housing developments.

Core Responsibilities

• Corporate Debt & SBA: Secure and manage SBA 7(a) loans, 504 loans, and Business Lines of Credit (LOCs) to fund our operating companies.
• Public & Agency Financing: Navigate MFA (New Mexico Finance Authority) programs, affordable housing trust funds, and municipal bonds.
• Capital Stack Structuring: Source, negotiate, and close complex commercial mortgages and construction loans for our multi-million dollar development pipeline.

Requirements

Deep relationships with local banks, credit unions, and institutional lenders. Proven track record of closing commercial real estate loans and structuring complex debt.
