Government Contract Manager & Business Developer

Job Type: Full-time, Contract | Pay: From $20.00/hour

Position Summary

Piru Group has successfully secured multiple service-based government contracts and Master Service Agreements (MSAs). We are seeking a relentless, results-driven Contract Manager to “activate” these awards. Your primary objective is to build strategic relationships with agency procurement officers and secure active Task Orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Review awarded RFPs and service contracts to identify unallocated funding and future task orders.
• Act as the primary liaison between Piru Group/Builders Tech NM and government agencies (City, State, Housing Authorities, UNM).
• Schedule and conduct capabilities briefings with agency department heads to leverage our awarded status.
• Monitor procurement portals for new solicitations relevant to General Contracting and Modular Housing.
• Lead the Go/No-Go decision process and manage the full lifecycle of RFP responses to ensure 100% compliance.

Mandatory Requirement

In your application, you must explicitly detail your past experience with SAM.gov, the SBA 8(a) program, JOC (Job Order Contracting), or New Mexico State procurement. Applications lacking this proven experience will be rejected without review.
